1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GlobalPro Media's services, including our website, mobile applications, and any other products and services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of Services

3.1. License:
   - GlobalPro Media grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2. Prohibited Activities:
   - You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
     - Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
     - Using our Services to transmit or distribute any harmful code, viruses, or malware.
     - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
     - Impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with GlobalPro Media.
     - Collecting or harvesting any information from our Services without our express consent.

3.3. Content Restrictions:
   - You are solely responsible for the content you access, share, or upload through our Services.
   - You agree not to use our Services to access or share any illegal, infringing, offensive, or harmful content.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Subscription Fees:
   - Some of our Services may require payment of subscription fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in our mobile applications.

4.2. Payment Information:
   - When you provide payment information to us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate and complete.

4.3. We offer a 5 day full refund, if the service does not meet your needs. If you have purchased a yearly subscription and you are having issues, refunds will be granted only on a case-by-case basis. After the 5 day refund period, we may charge you a refund processing fee. If you have purchased a monthly subscription after the 24 hour free trial ends- you cannot receive a refund. Refunds are only offered on Yearly Memberships.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership:
   - GlobalPro Media retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including all content, software, and intellectual property.

5.2. Use of Content:
   - You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through our Services without our express consent.

6. Termination

GlobalPro Media may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to our Services without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you must cease using our Services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1. No Warranty:
   - GlobalPro Media provides our Services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

7.2. Limitation of Liability:
   - To the extent permitted by law, GlobalPro Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

9. Changes to the Terms

GlobalPro Media may update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website or within our mobile applications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
